An Annexation Gets Approved

Shocking no one, the City of Huber Heights land grab north continues and opens the door for more difficult decisions ahead

As expected, the City of Huber Heights approved two pieces of legislation that approved a near 300 acre annexation to the community and a Pre-Annexation Agreement between the City and the Developer.
