Troy’s Planning Commission has recommended that City Council adopt the draft Unified Development Code—a significant step toward completing a project the city has been discussing, revising, and refining for months.
The code is not yet final. City Council must still consider it through three readings, a public hearing, and a committee meeting. Residents will have additional opportunities to comment, ask questions, and raise concerns about provisions they believe still need attention.
