Each year, residential real estate activity in Miami County picks up in the spring. That’s why starting with May data, this publication will start tracking monthly residential sales — it gives us a consistent, comparable snapshot of market conditions year over year. The numbers below come from valid residential sales recorded by the Miami County Auditor’s Office, and we’ll continue providing monthly updates throughout the year as that data becomes available.

Here’s what eight years of May data shows us.
