Bradford Exempted Village Schools has the highest operating cost per student in Miami County. Not by a little — by a lot. Oh, and it’s also the smallest school district in the entire county - both in terms of students and physical size. At roughly 23 square miles, Bradford’s school district is smaller than neighboring Covington’s school district at over 30 square miles.
